INTRODUCING OUR
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Jessica Roseborough received her bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA majoring in Experimental Psychology with a minor in Gender Studies. She then received a master’s degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in family and individual practice. Jessica received her Social Work License in 1997. When Pennsylvania established a Clinical Social Work license in 2003,  Jessica obtained that licensure as well.

Throughout her education, Jessica knew she wanted to work with families and always had an interest in children. While in graduate school, an internship in adoption sparked a passionate focus for her career. Jessica has worked in mental health, trauma response, crisis intervention, medical social work and case management as a therapist with individuals, groups, and families through her career. Each specialty provided unique knowledge and skills to apply to practice in adoption, which was always a part of Jessica’s social work practice in some way.

In 2008 Jessica became the owner and Executive Director of Adoption Home Study Associates, and in 2010 the agency established an infant adoption program; All About Love Adoptions. While intentionally kept small so that each client could realize adequate attention and support, the program has been strong through difficult times in the industry. Jessica has worked tirelessly to make the program a supportive, compassionate and ethical adoption provider.
